Low memory issue with Windows Phone

If while using our app your Windows Phone complains about low memory issue & asks you to close other apps, you can try the following if you actually don't have other apps in the background:
1) Reinstall the app. This has helped most of our users. Please note that workouts will be removed from the phone, so make sure they are saved to our web service
2) Try switching between different networks, for example from 3G to Edge
